Live in an environment of violence and abuse free is every woman's rights
Transitional and Housing Support Program provides free and confidential support services for abused women and their children.
The services of this program include:
- providing community service information (such as housing, legal, financial, health care, immigration, children's services, education, employment and others)
- setting up a plan to protect the safety of individuals and their children
- ongoing counselling and support
- setting goals
- arranging interpretation/translation services
If you are abused verbally (insulation), emotionally (threats, intimidation), physically, sexually; or you know other women who are suffering from these abuses, we can help. Please find the courage to take the first step, contact a counsellor of the Transitional and Housing and Support Program.
If your life is threatened, please call 911 now. To get 24 hours consultation and referral, please call the Abused Women Hotline at 416-863-0511.
