过渡期住屋与支援计划是专为被虐待妇女及其子女提供的一项免费且保密的支援服务。
过渡期住屋与支援计划工作人员提供的服务包括：
- 提供社区服务资讯（例如房屋、法律、财务、保健、移民、儿童服务、教育、就业等方面的资料）
- 设立保障个人及子女安全的计划
- 提供持续的辅导及支援
- 制定目标
- 安排翻译服务
